Our team is led by our Director of Security Operations, Randall Delawder. Randall has extensive applicable experience, having both served in the military and law enforcement, which benefits customers in terms of both quality of security services provided and the makeup of our team, each member of which is vetted by Randall personally.

You take care of the ROI and we provide the POI – protection of investment.

Our security personnel primarily consist of men and women who are either former United States military or in local and state law enforcement; or who are still currently serving. Our trained and certified security personnel have been pre-screened using the strictest standards and requirements to ensure our guards are adhering to the highest levels of integrity and ethics. Each potential guard must:

Be at least 18 years of age with a clean criminal history.
Have a valid Driver’s license.
Be able to pass a polygraph and drug test.
Be able to pass a background investigation.
Be able to pass a basic physical agility test.

Each employee is re-screened on a yearly basis and we conduct random drug and alcohol screenings.

Once a candidate has passed our hiring standards, we continue to increase their professionalism and readiness through industry-leading training that includes:
